Lubricant grease for both industrial and automotive applications

High quality lubricant grease carries out many outstanding functions and benefits that liquid lubricants are lacking

Lubricant grease grease is a semisolid lubricant. Typical lubricant grease consists of soap emulsified with mineral or vegetable oil.

When oil and other fluid lubricants are mixed with a thickener, usually lithium, calcium, or aluminum soap, or other substances derived from organic fats, a non-liquid lubricant grease will be formed.
Besides these widely-used oil-soap lubricant grease, they are sometimes found in forms of silicone, fluoric- ether based, water-soluble analogs, and more.

Greases can be applied to both industrial machineries and automotive parts in areas where a continuous supply of oil cannot be retained, such as open bearings or gears, steering linkage, suspension system, and other moving parts outside the engine, as well as other low velocity applications.

They also act as sealants to prevent ingress of water and incompressible materials.

Grease-lubricated bearings have greater frictional reduction characteristics due to their high viscosity.

High quality lubricant grease will also have high operating temperature resistance, effective water resistance, high pressure service, and high oxidation stability value.

Other qualities that should also be considered are viscosity and consistency.

Throughout the Southeast Asia region, PTT Lubricants is one of the most well-known brands in high quality lubricant grease
